Controller. This policy describes how personal data is processed in the RT Album web application (the “Service”), operated as part of Responsible Travel (RT).

Data we process. To provide access to the full album and features that require an account (e.g. sharing or session-dependent interactions), we may process account identifiers and basic profile data from your sign-in provider (e.g. Google: name, email), plus usual technical data from your browser (IP address, device type, minimal usage logs needed for security and operation).

Purpose. Providing the Service, authentication, improving the experience, security, abuse prevention, and compliance with legal obligations where applicable.

Legal basis. Performance of the Service, legitimate interests in site security, and, where relevant, your consent for optional features.

Retention. For as long as your account is active or as needed for the purposes above; thereafter, blocking or deletion in line with legal and technical requirements.

Your rights. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, or object to processing, and lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. To exercise these rights or ask questions, contact RT through the official channels listed on the site.
